Insecure

Leaders who always defend themself in stressed situations, can be an insecured leader.

There are sayings that people who never does a mistakes never really do anything, and a ship is built to cruise the hard waves not to sit in a safe harbour.

I've recently met and been exposed with leaders, who no matter what happen always defend themself.

I've had hard time putting the right words on their behaviour but I got help reading about Christian leadership.

*Insecure leaders have to be right. So they misinterpret what people do and say so they themselves seams to be right.

*Insecure people don’t see people as people; they see them as either on their side or against them.

*Insecure leaders either avoid conflict through passive-aggressive means, or they look at every situation as a potential conflict. They are either too soft and squishy or harsh and uncaring.

This type of insecure leadership is not only found in the secular world, you can even see in some churches. For those leaders we need to say:

If they want to lead , their security has better to be found in Christ.

Jesus was a very secure leader. He knew who he was, where he came from and where he was going. He had a very cristal clear mission.
